  • The free binder program is intended to help trans folks in need. That means those who can not otherwise obtain a binder, can not afford a binder, etc.

    Please only request a free binder if you are truly in need of one. We have a very limited number of donated binders available, and we use the honor system so there are as few challenges as possible for our recipients.

    You will have some choice over the product that you receive. Most of the binders we provide are made by gc2b, but all of the following manufacturers are available on a rotating basis:

  • Where do I provide my address? 

    We do not ask for your address until we have a garment available for you. This is partially for your privacy and also because we understand that many folks move between applying and receiving their garment.

    Once we have a garment available for you, we'll reach out to make sure we have the best shipping information for you.

    International requests: We will also request a phone number from you at that time as it is often required for the customs process.

    This allows us to calculate your age and ensure that we're following all state and local laws regarding your garment. 

    It also ensures that, as laws change, we can make sure we're able to adjust quickly with minimal impact to you.

  • Please Note: Each manufacturer has it's own size chart and color choices. You will have an opportunity to update and refine your selections here before your garment ships - this just helps us to place orders and ensure we have something available for you before we reach out. 

  • This may include pride events we'll be attending near you, LGBT centers that we partner with in your area or similar opportunities. By selecting yes, you are NOT required to participate in opportunities available - you will just be made aware of them.

    Official Point of Pride Events are events that will be attended by a board or staff member of Point of Pride. Point of Pride will not need to share any of your information with any outside organization for these events.

    Partner Events are events where you may be able to pick up your binder from a Point of Pride partner. Point of Pride may not be in attendance and may need to provide some of your information - typically limited to your name and size - to the partner in order for you to pick up your binder. Point of Pride will tell you when you're contacted who the partner organization is and exactly what information will be shared and you can opt in/out at that time. Selecting Partner Events below will NOT automatically share your information with anyone outside of Point of Pride. None of your information will be shared with any organization until you explicitly opt in at the time that the opportunity is offered to you.

  • Important Health and Safety Information

    You understand that you are responsible for using your binder safely and in accordance with any manufacturer guidelines. Point of Pride will not be able to provide financial aid in the event that you experience an injury, outcome, or complication which requires additional care as a result of misuse or malfunction of your product. Point of Pride will not replace a product that is damaged or destroyed as a result of misuse, improper storage or handling, or other user negligence.

  • Return Policy

    I have read and understand Point of Pride's return/exchange policy and understand that once my binder is shipped, I will not be able to exchange it for a different size. It is my responsibility to measure correctly.

  • Customs and Tariffs

    I have researched the customs policy for my country and understand how it may affect me. I understand that Point of Pride cannot attempt to reship a binder that was returned due to an issue with customs.

    Please Note: Customs, tariffs, taxes and fees assessed by your country cannot be paid by Point of Pride. We will not attempt to reship a binder that was returned because it was not picked up from customs. It is your responsibility to understand how the customs process may affect you and to be prepared to handle that.

    The customs form will list the contents as an “undershirt” and will have the item marked as a gift with an estimated value of $15.00 USD.

  • One Per Household

    I understand Point of Pride's policy of one garment per household and verify that I have not, to the best of my knowledge, signed up for a garment with another email address. I understand that doing so can delay my request.
