Assorted Binder Box Request

After mailing binders to you, Point of Pride will reach out to people on our waiting list who are within 30 miles of your zipcode to encourage folks to visit your location to pick up their garment.

Please list any demographic restrictions or eligibility considerations below so that we can ensure that the folks we contact are eligible. 

Common restrictions include: 

• Age restrictions
• Residency restrictions
• Membership restrictions

Please include a brief 3-5 sentence description about your organization and the work you do. You may also attach a high resolution logo image that we can use to introduce your organization to the folks on our waiting list. 

Purpose:

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Point of Pride agrees to send chest binders for distribution to transgender and gender diverse individuals in need of them through {organizationsName}, acting as a distribution hub.

 

Effective Date:

This agreement shall take effect on the date date of shipment receipt, hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date."

 

Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Distribution of Binders:

Point of Pride agrees to ship an assorted quantity of chest binders to {organizationsName}. The specific details of the shipment(s)—sizing, styles, quantities, and frequency of subsequent shipments—shall be determined and communicated between both parties via email. 

• Some portion of the donated garments may be earmarked for specific individuals already waiting for support on Point of Pride’s waiting lists. These will be clearly labeled with the recipient’s name.
• A portion of the donated garments are available for other people waiting for support on Point of Pride’s waiting list.
• The remaining portion of donated garments will be made available for {organizationsName} staff to distribute as they see fit to existing or future clients. These will be bundled as “miscellaneous stock” in which we highly recommend clients evaluate or try-on in-person.

 2. Responsibilities of Point of Pride:

• Handle the procurement, packaging, and shipping of the binders to the designated location provided by {organizationsName}.
• Ensure that chest binders meet baseline quality standards before shipping.
• Bear the cost of the garments, packaging, and postage to {organizationsName}.

 3. Responsibilities of {organizationsName}:

• Manage the on-site storage, organization, and distribution of the binders to trans masculine and non-binary individuals in need within its service area.
• Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of individuals receiving binders and shall ensure that they are distributed in a non-discriminatory and respectful manner.
• Bear the cost of any additional distribution-related expenses, such as storage or  personnel.

 4. Reporting and Communication:

• Both parties agree to maintain open and timely communication regarding the status of the distribution, any issues, or changes to the agreement.
• {organizationsName} shall provide periodic reports to Point of Pride detailing the distribution progress, including the number of binders distributed and any feedback or anonymized testimonials received from recipients.
• Point of Pride shall share any feedback received from recipients to {organizationsName}.

5. Duration and Termination:

This agreement shall remain in effect until either party provides written notice of termination to the other party. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason with a minimum of 10 business days' written notice to the other party.

 

Execution:

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Point of Pride and {organizationsName} and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. Both parties hereby acknowledge their acceptance of this agreement:
